Moments of Reflection was my solo exhibition at The Holles Gallery, where I explored themes of time, tradition, and cultural heritage, blending Serbian and Chinese influences. My work focused on capturing moments of nostalgia, serenity, and the connections between humanity, nature, and architecture. Using layered textures and intricate details, I aimed to create works that invite reflection on both cultural traditions and the beauty of everyday life.
This exhibition was also a special opportunity to inaugurate the school’s new gallery space and demonstrate its potential as a platform for creative expression. It was designed to serve as an exemplar for students, particularly A-level learners, providing them with a firsthand experience of a professional exhibition. My hope was to inspire them to aim for the highest standards in their own artistic endeavors and to see how their work can be displayed and appreciated in a meaningful way.
